Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the "I give my consent to personal data processing" box on prostocard.online and submitting the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed and unambiguous consent to [Operator legal name] (the "Operator"; details below) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

• name;
• email address and/or Telegram username;
• the text of my message and any information in it;
• date and time of submission, IP address.

2. Purposes

• handling my enquiry and replying to it;
• advising on ProstoCard services.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the parties listed in the Privacy policy, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

4. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 1 year after the last reply to my enquiry, or until withdrawn.

I may withdraw consent by writing to product@prostocard.online. The Operator will then stop processing and destroy the data within 10 business days unless the law provides otherwise.

5. Other

I confirm that I am 18 or older, have read the Privacy policy, and the data I provide relates to me. This consent is given under Art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
